On Monday August 11, 2014 12:01AM - 8AM Blackboard will be conducting maintenance on the system. For this maintenance period, Blackboard will be UNAVAILABLE for all users. This maintenance will be done to update our production license and database.

Previous Outages:

July 28, 2014 1:30pm - 2pm

During monitoring of our hosted Blackboard production environment, a problem was identified that affected the servers. Blackboard Managed Hosting Engineers investigated and resolved the systemwide issue.

July 4, 2014  7 pm -  July 5, 2014 1 pm

On July 4th, 2014 SBCCD will upgrade to Blackboard Learn 9.1.13 which will provide a more user friendly experience for you as a daily user of the system.  Many existing features have been improved and some new features have been added. During the upgrade, the Blackboard system will be UNAVAILABLE for all users.  The upgrade will start at 7 pm July 4, 2014 and conclude by 1 pm July 5, 2014.

On July 4th, 2013 SBCCD will upgrade to Blackboard Learn 9.1.10 which will provide a more user friendly experience for you and resolve some of the issues in our current version of Blackboard. During the upgrade, the Blackboard system will be UNAVAILABLE to all users. The upgrade will start at 2 am July 4, 2013 and conclude on 2 am July 5, 2013.

FromTuesday, June 25, 2013 1:00 am to Tuesday, June 25, 2013 5:00 am, Blackboard will be doing maintenance on the system. For this maintenance period, Blackboard will be UNAVAILABLE for all users. This maintenance will be done to improve the system performance and reduce system slowness.
