Help Resources
If you need help using Canvas you can always refer to the pages in this Student Resources, and the various links to guides throughout. You can also click the Help button at the bottom of the Global Navigation menu and choose "Search the Canvas Guides" to locate a solution. In addition, you can access the complete Canvas Student Guide.
If you feel Canvas is misbehaving, you can easily report a problem by clicking the Help link in the top right corner and choosing Report a Problem. It is best to do this while on the webpage where the problem is occurring.

Log in with your WebAdvisor user name and password.
Your User ID is formatted: f.lastname####
Where:
- f is the first character of your first name (no nicknames).
- lastname is your last name up to 20 characters.
- #### is the last four digits of your Student ID.
Note: Your password is case sensitive.

CANVAS MOBILE APP
You can access Canvas on your phone or a tablet using a browser app, such as Safari or Chrome. You can also install the free Canvas app on your mobile device. However, not all Canvas features may be available on the app. When you start the app for the first time you will need search for San Bernardino Community College District

Consider completing the Quest Online Readiness Program. This self-paced program is designed to increase your success in online courses. Complete the Quest Program before the beginning of the term. Experienced online students will also find many helpful resources. To access the course you need to be logged into Canvas. The first time you access this course choose "Join this course" on the right side to enroll, have it appear on your Canvas Dashboard, to keep track of your progress, or to access additional resources.
